Sign up to become a Clean Slate Preservation contractor and become one of the many subs that take advantage of our unique dispatch work order system, with weekly pay. No more waiting for corporate to cut you a check and process your payments 30 to 45 days later.
Choose an option below for either property preservation or rental maintenance. Once you complete the form and if you qualify, a member of our team will contact you to finish processing your application. When you become an active vendor, you will receive your login information to our online order management system and mobile app.
Once we receive all your documents, you will have access to our online vendor portal and time with one of our asset managers to walk you through the training on our intuitive easy to use system. They will show you how to check, manage and complete your orders, upload photos, and what is expected in our order management system and mobile app. You will also learn our policies and procedures, including what is needed on every work order, specifications to each client as well as our core principles.
